Which plan should I choose?
If your club is just getting started or has a smaller membership, Starter is the natural fit. If you're growing and want costs that scale with activity, Growth makes sense. Established clubs with consistent high volume usually prefer Prestige for cost certainty. We'll recommend the right tier during your demo.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Clubs can move between tiers as they grow. We'll flag when switching makes sense. No penalties, no lock-in.
What counts as "processed payments" on Growth?
Guest bookings, visitor green fees, and external visitor court fees. Member membership fees and member-to-club invoices are never counted — members are free.
Do my members ever pay any fees?
Never. On both plans, members pay their club membership fee and use the full system at no extra cost. No booking fees, no processing charges, no hidden costs. We never tax your members.
What about setup fees or long-term contracts?
No unexpected fees and no long contracts — those are our intentions from the start. The exact terms are confirmed during your onboarding conversation so everything is clear before you commit to anything.
