Your quote sets out what is included before you commit, so there are no hidden surprises. Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance; additional AI actions can be purchased if you need them. Any payment-provider costs and optional services are discussed during onboarding.
We do not charge your members to use Club Guru. Your club’s membership size helps us recommend a suitable plan, but exact club pricing is agreed during your demo rather than shown as a one-size-fits-all per-member rate.
Golf, tennis, padel, squash and pickleball modules are available. All plans include the core platform, with the sports and features your club needs enabled as part of your agreed plan. We’ll confirm your modules during onboarding.
We do not believe in long lock-in contracts. Your exact agreement and notice period are confirmed during onboarding, so you know the terms before you commit.
Yes. Your plan can change as your club grows or your needs evolve. We’ll help you review your activity and move to the right plan, with the new pricing and terms agreed in advance.
Members do not pay Club Guru fees. They can use the member platform, make bookings, receive communications and pay club fees directly to your club, without an additional Club Guru charge.
